INTERNET PRICING:
Wood Kote Products Inc offers
its products at Retail Prices through
the Internet only to individuals
and entities that are qualified
and have sufficient experience
to safely handle and/or apply the
materials. Internet Sales are available
only to locations within the 48
contiguous United States . All
prices are in US Dollars.
PAYMENT
TERMS:
All sales must
be PREPAID by Visa or MasterCard
unless credit terms are approved
in advance. All invoices are
due IN FULL within 30 days of
the invoice date. Unpaid invoices
are past due 31 days following
the invoice date and are subject
to a Service Charge of $5.00 per
month or 1.5% per month (18% per
annum) whichever is greater.
MINIMUM
ORDERS:
There is no
minimum order at Internet Pricing.
HAZARDOUS
MATERIAL & OTHER
EXTRAORDINARY CHARGES:
All
Hazardous Material Charges and
Other Extraordinary Charges initiated
by the transportation companies
including but not limited to
charges for Residential, Construction
Site, Notification, Inside and
Rural Deliveries and/or Lift-Gate
Service, will be added to the order
invoice. This applies to ALL ORDERS
PREPAID OR COLLECT.
AIR SHIPMENT
CHARGES:
Air shipment
is NOT available
BROKEN
CASE CHARGES:
There
is no broken case charge.
FREIGHT
TERMS:
All sales are
FOB Wood Kote factory Portland
OR USA . Wood Kote will add freight
charges to the invoice, at its
calculated published rate.

SHORTAGES
DAMAGE & BILLING
ERRORS:
Shortages
or damages must be reported
within 5 business days following
receipt of goods. All freight shortages
or damages must be reported to
the delivering carrier for recovery.
Wood Kote will attempt to assist
in recovery, however, Wood Kote
will not accept responsibility
for freight shortages or damages
caused by carrier. Shortages or
damages may not be deducted from
invoice or remittance without written
authorization from Wood Kote Products
Inc.
RETURNS:
Products
may not be returned without a written
Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
from Wood Kote. If authorized,
a restocking charge of 25% will
be applied against the Credit Memo.
Credit is based upon original net
invoice amount paid.
DEFECTIVE
GOODS:
All claims for
defective goods must be in writing.
Wood Kote will then issue a Return
Goods Authorization (RGA). No
credit will be issued or allowed
for defective goods until after
they are returned to Wood Kote,
examined in our laboratory and
deemed by Wood Kote to be defective.
If it is impossible or unfeasible
to return the defect goods, a Product
Complaint Form (PCF) must accompany
any claim for reimbursement. Wood
Kote will then determine what reimbursement,
if any, will be offered in excess
of the net invoice value paid for
the goods.
MANUFACTURER'S
WARRANTY:
Products are
sold through the Internet without
warranty except that Wood Kote
guarantees that the product is
manufactured to within published
specifications. Unless Wood Kote
warranties, in writing, specific
products on an identified project,
Wood Kote's liability is limited
to the replacement cost of the
product. End-user's satisfaction
is guaranteed. Replacement or
refund of purchased Wood Kote
products will be provided if end-user
is not satisfied. A completed Product
Complaint Form (PCF) must accompany
any claim for replacement or refund.
Wood Kote assumes no other responsibility
for labor or damage because application
and surface conditions vary and
are beyond the manufacturer's control.
No other warranties are expressed
or implied. |
